Being in the moment of preparing and brewing Tisane, allows you to enjoy a more enriched experience that will invoke all of your senses.

ENGAGE YOUR SENSES

Touch

Feel your sit-bones sitting on the floor or chair, ensure your room is comfortable, an area you love to be in, feel the warmth of the cup, and your Body sensations giving rise to conscious feelings.

Smell

Gently inhale the aroma of the tea. Allow thoughts and memories to rise, accepting as they move through, be the observer of all that comes up.

Sight

Let your gaze be gentle, passively taking in all there is to see

Taste

Saviour the taste, let in linger in the mouth, honouring each plant and its healing properties

Sound

This whole ceremony can be done in silence, notice the sounds around you or with music, be mindful and curious as to what this brings in.
